The availability of high quality broadband in Doohamlet and the wider County Monaghan area has been a problem for individuals and businesses. The National Broadband Scheme (NBS) has been rolled out by the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources. Under the NBS, telecommunications company "3" were appointed to roll out broadband to areas which were not previously covered.The rollout of broadband is now complete for our area and 3 broadband is up and running.
