Santa visited Doohamlet on the 6th December 2009 to tun on our Christmas Tree Lights. Almost all of the children from the area attended to welcome Santa, who arrived on that cold, wet night. Santa gave out sweet to everyone before we all went back to Connolly's Bar and Lounge for some much needed tea and sandwiches.Thank you to everyone who was involved in erecting the Christmas Tree, wiring the lights, managing traffic, providing the PA system, providing the venue and electricity and organising the catering. Santa's visit was organised as part of the Peace III project.
