The DDCDA has made a submission on behalf of the whole community to Eirgrid in relation to the North-South 400kV Interconnector which runs north and west of Doohamlet village. An Oral Hearing is now being organised - the DDCDA intends to make an oral submission at the Oral Hearing.
The Oral Hearing is scheduled to start on Monday 10th May and will be held in the Nuremore Hotel. It may run on for several days or weeks. Details of the agenda and timescale will not be known until a preliminary hearing has first taken place on the 27th and 28th April.
If you have made a submission and would like the DDCDA to represent you as an "Umbrella Group" at the Oral Hearing as outlined in An Bord Pleanala's letter of 13th April, please let PJ, Paula or Roisin know.
